There was some confusion with the original estimate and when my wife came to pickup the car, some of the damage had not been repaired. That was fixed and looks good as it should. Only thing was that it was an inconvenience to have to run back and forth and it came close to the end of our rental car support.

You guys have done a great job in very little time of 3 days. Thank you for detailing our car for us as well. It looks great. How ever we did notice that about 4-5 dust particles have beeen painted into paint or clear coat resulting in inconsistency in paint when looking at the angle. Also not sure if someone screw driver slipped when installing the door handle but there is small scratch now leading from handle down for about an inch or two. I really dont mind the small details if it was on like a Honda civic i can care less. But this is my life achievement and i take great pride in owning this vehicle.

I recommend providing more regular communication with customers when there is a delay in starting repairs or during repairs. The repair work was excellent and the delays were understandable once I was told why they occurred (waiting for parts to arrive)

Thank you. The only down thing was. I waited a little extra for my parts to be ordered. I brought my vehicle in for inspection. Got a date to bring in vehicle. The day of I was told my parts were never ordered. Other wise thank you!
