The process from setting up the repair to dropping the car off was an excellent experience. I liked the fact of staying informed during the whole process and knowing what changes taken place to the claim and any things that changed on the repair. Everyone I had contact with there was very pleasant to deal with. So far everything with the repair on the car is satisfactory. The issue I have when picking up the car there was still wax all over the drivers side front and rear door and still scuff marks on drivers side rear taillight where the vehicle when through the privacy fence. I believe if the wax wasn't all over the drivers side this would have been and excellent and seamless repair. This will not keep me from using them again but believe it can be resolved easily so this doesn't happen anymore.
