You are like going to a doctor who doesn’t want to answer questions. AllI heard was we are going to go by your insurance estimate and if WE need any changed we will contact you and them. When the ins adjuster did his estimate he pointed out where shortcuts could be made that would result in less than an A1 repair. Your staff was not at all Interested in any such questions. The car was ready in a much shorter period than estimated. That was a plus. Also I signed all the authorizations for payment to be made directly to you, yet when I came to pick up the car, you attempted to have me to pay the bulk of the repair bill. Then upon double checking you realized the ins check was coming to you. You had even received it just before I picked up the car. Lastly, when you called to notify me that my car was ready, it was 10 min before your closing time. I asked if I could pick it up and was told no that you were already locking the gates. Your work appears to be fine. I just don’t think much of your customer service. But nothing was sour in anyway. But it wasnt the best experience.

From intake, to consult, to actual repair, to pickup. I was kept in the loop with text alerts all along the process. John Harris has my business for life.

Communication was consistent and thorough. I was a part of the process and my concerns appeared to be adhered to. I’ve only had my vehicle back for less than 24 hours but she looks great and no mechanical problems that I can tell of at this time. The front office staff is equally as wonderful, they were courteous and relayed all of my initial concerns to paint and body. As it stands this very moment, I would take any of my vehicles to John Harris. Thank you.

Body work looks good but I’m not sure why they switch my front tire with my back tire
