I personally haven’t needed a lot of vehicle body repair. Hearing from other family & friends that have been in the need, I have never heard of their vehicle repairs completed days ahead of schedule along with the work looking excellent to the eye. I’m posting this the same day I picked up my car, so I’m hoping there won’t be any issues with the repairs in the future. Thank You John Harris!!!

This was my first time using JH Body Shop. The repair work was good; however, there was a malfunction done to my front passenger door lock. We concerns me is how no one noticed the loud clicking sound coming from the lock. When my LEXUS RX is placed in Drive, all four locks automatically lock. When I was preparing to leave the property and placed car in Drive, the malfunctioning lock was loud and obvious. Whomever moved my car from the repair bay to parking area, heard the sound. This should’ve been repaired by JH before I arrived to pick up car. Second concern is I expected an inspection before JH asked me to sign paperwork. I only received my keys AFTER I signed paperwork which is bad business practice. Customer and JH representative should jointly inspect repair with car key to identify any abnormalities before paperwork is introduced. If so, I would’ve noticed my lock issue and delayed signing paperwork until I was satisfied. JH did promptly repair the lock once I bought to their attention. They were polite and responsive but I had to wait for the repair which caused an appointment delay. Thank you.

The completion date change from 5 Dec to 10 Dec which I could understand but on the date scheduled for pick up i called the body shop because i never received updates status and i was informed that there were a part that was ordered incorrectly and that delayed the work **** more day. Today, 11 Dec again no one called to let me know the status and i had to physically go to get the status but the secretary needed additional time to complete my paperwork. Hour later I returned to get the car and no one did a vehicle inspection with me. When I inspected the vehicle the repaired area paint did not match the the rest of the car. Even more, they gave me the car still with the check engine light on. I am very dissatisfied.
