Excellent work!

The experience was disappointing at best. The car was damaged while at the shop and the fix to that was told to me that it was a courtesy. Then they blamed it on the towing company. If the car is damaged while it is in your possession, it is your responsibility. Own up to it. Secondly JH told the ins company that the car was fixed on 4/26 and never bothered to inform them when they missed the deadline. So I had to contact the ins co. and the rental agency. When I did return the car and expressed my objection that this was not a courtesy, I was told that they were just passing on a message. If you work there and I tell you I have a problem, dnt just say that you are passing on a message. Get it addressed by someone even if you cannot address it. Thats how businesses are usually run. Even when I got home the car was not fully fixed as there was water in the glove compartment and the owners manual is missing!

The service was great and they over delivered on the work time and had my truck back on the road in 3 business days. Thanks for the effort. I would recommend JH to anyone in need of a good body shop.

comminication from the Lexington Team was excellent from start to finish. They were very nice, professional and kept us informed on our trucks progress While it was being repaired.

It appears to have been done very well. I was pleased with how quickly it was returned.

The interior of my vehicle looked great in the passenger area except the arm rest in back seat. Doesn't appear to have been cleaned. Everything was vacuumed but the rear area behind passenger area where repairs were actually made. Odd. The office personnel was a pleasure to work with.
