Getting in touch with the rental car business, for transportation, but the lady at Ron Norris Collision was able to contact them and insure timely pickup. They will be recommended in the future.

The car looks great, but I noticed that a couple of parts were missed. I did not see it because you have to be back a ways. There is a cover that hides the place a hitch receiver would be mounted was over looked. It isn't on the car. Of course you were not able to see it before repairs because it was torn off when Sally got hit. any questions please call me, Larry Schmitt ****-****-xxxx

Rick went the extra mile with me and USAA to assure a quality repair was preformed on my 2014 Honda. He kept me fully informed at each step of the process. The last step was to get the car over to the Honda Store to have the replaced side mirror camera properly programed. He then got the car back to me in time so that I would not incur another day's rental fee. The car looks brand new again which is s compliment to all the techs at the Collision Center.
