The new texting method used to notify customers while their vehicle is undergoing repairs worked until the service was extended. At that point the messaging service failed to continue notifications. The auto shop continued to stay in touch and apologized for the software problems that may be causing the texting service not to update itself when services are extended. The repair shop was prompt and convenient... no other significant issues.

I was very happy because they said it would be finished at 5:00 & then I got the call before noon that it was ready. My car looked great! This is the second time I I have used Helm's Brothers and was very satisfied both times. They do great work and the office staff is always very friendly. I hope I don't need them again but if I ever need body work they are definitely who I will use & will always recommend to others.

I would like to preface by saying we have brought vehicles to Helms brothers before and were happy with the end result. This time I brought my vehicle in due to hail damage from a storm. The dents were removed from the vehicle. We were verbally told that the hood and windshield would be replaced but an official estimate would be written up at a later date when the car was dropped off. When the car was dropped off we still did not receive an estimate in writing it just showed up under our insurance a few days later. We saw on the estimate provided by the insurance company that the hood nor the windshield were replaced which was one of the reasons why we chose to get the repairs done at Helms brothers. When I picked my car up I was glad to see that the windshield was replaced. However I see that the fabric on the top of my vehicle has been cut where the windshield was placed in and was left with frayed edges. There is also a white waxy substance all over the exterior of my car. I was not able to rub it off with my fingers so I hope that soap and water gets it off. I will be calling the business about that tomorrow to see the best way to remove this waxy substance. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my feedback. I was very disappointed not to get the service that we had before with Helms.

I first came in contact with Helm Brothers when my son's vehicle was hit by an un-insured driver. I was so impressed with the quality of work, that I decided to only take my vehicles there if needed. They are good honest people.
