Satisfied, but I still have a dent on my door that is supposed to be a new door. Will call and ask tomorrow. And the dust from the work on the inside was not cleaned. Overall thE customer service and updates were great. Took about 3-4 weeks kinda long but satisfied.

On the day I brought my car in I explained that the right front tow was in the truck and not damaged. However when I looked at the estimate for the repairs I noticed a request for one was in the quote. I put the part in the cab of truck and addressed my concern with paying for something that I didn’t need because showed no evidence of any damage. When I came to pickup my truck I asked and was told the new one was installed, that being the case I expected to find the used one in my truck. Unless I can be made see otherwise this was a $240.00, unnessary expenditure. I am having a hard time accepting this because examined the part, and truth be told it appears to be the one that was installed. May be it was an over site, but $240.00 for something I already owned is causing me some heartache. Please take a look into this possible oversite for me thank you.
