Unfortunately, this is the second time we have been forced to take our vehicle to Heritage; but, we could not be happier with the customer service and caliber of the work performed at Heritage Collision. Aaron was one of the worst businessmen i have done business with in a long time.

The work done for the most part met and exceeded expectations. However, I feel that since my vehicle is a 1997 the work reflects on the age of my vehicle. My wife's Grand Prix had similar work done by your shop in the summer. I feel that since her vehicle is a 2006 it received much better attention to detail. An example I'd that both vehicles required replacement of the headlight housing. The Grand Prix received a much better detail to where there was not such a dramatic difference between the headlights. On the Civic, the difference is so great it's an eye sore. There are a couple of other details that were overlooked. But it is what it is.
