My experience started very rough due to issues caused by Travelers Insurance. So much so that mist of my interactions that should have been with the Travelers rep was actually handled by Juan, an Ed Voyles employee. The situation did get heated because of Travelers, but Juan stepped up and represent not only Ed Voyles extremely well, and he also did Travelers job as well. He insisted my car, kept me updated, and got my car back to me very efficiently. And he did it all very professionally, efficiently and gracefully. I say that as a senior executive in a massive business and technology consulting firm, and it's part of my job to assess how my clients work. Juan is a great example of a great employee. So much so that if Ed Voyles got into the BMW or German car business in Atlanta, I would become a customer. I'm not sure if I could offer more positive feedback. I am an auto enthusiast, and take the care of my car seriously. So hope this at when I s at ya at the quality of the workmanship is great, and my car was cleaned up so well that I ha a "wow" moment when I saw it. Above and beyond. The Ed Voyles crew rocked, Travelers could learn a lot from your organization. Thank you to your crew for handling an agitated customer professionally and as efficiently as the situation would allow.
