Everyone was super nice but I had to point out that trunk lid was not adjusted evenly. It was fixed while I waited but body shop should have caught this. And since picking up car have found that left inter tail Light is scuffed or scratched and needs replacing. There is also s scratch on left wheel panel that needs buffing. The car was also covered with s film of dust or something that I am taking to car wash today. So not ideal results overall.

I went in on a Saturday to get the car appraised which was fine. I was told I needed to talk to the farmers insurance Rep. You would think he should have called me. I sent an email on Sunday wanting to see if I could bring my car in on Tuesday as I'm a school teacher and was heading out on field trip for a few days with kids. No reply. I called 2 times and left messages. I called another time going through ed Voyles main number. I spoke to another guy who then put me to the voice mail to the person and took a message. The guy called me back and made a joke that he does not check his voice mail. He told me I could bring my car in to be fixed. I had to call 2 times to check on my car to see if it as ready. He said he tried to call but could not leave a message when it was completed. The kicks is when I went to pick up the car I was the only customer there with a room full men sitting in their office looking at the computer while I sat on the sofa. I have Honda do all it Service on my cars. Ed Voyles has some work to do and the collision department to get it more customer focused. I'm not sure how it works but I got an email that was supposed to keep me up-to-date on my car however I did not get it until my car was completed. Not sure how this was supposed to work but just wanted to make you aware.
