Why do you send 2 emails a week? They set an expectation that I didn’t have, so when my car wasn’t ready on said date I was mad, for no reason other than the emails. I think Walt and his team were great and I think you always set them up for failure send that out.

They did an excellent job on repairing my car. Communication regarding updates could have been better. I was told my car would be ready today, but it didn’t say what time and I had to wait over an hour as the car wasn’t quite ready when I came at ****:15.
