I wasn't completely satisfied. My car is fixed, but it smells of paint fumes a week later and there is a micro splatter of paint all over everything in my dash--cup holders, arm rests--not good at all. I don't think I would chose this shop for future needs.

First I picked the shop because it is a Nissan dealership. I worked with Roger. He asked me to come in and signed the paperwork and explained the timeline. He told me it could be 15 business days due to part arrival and the current workload. Didn't expect that. Anyway, it was done within a week and I got picture updates from On Your Side website. He also called and explained what was done. I was pretty happy with the quality. I drove it for about 5 days and heard an unfamiliar noise under the car. I called Roger. He asked me to bring it back in. He went on the highway with me to diagnose and found out that it wasn't a big deal. I felt better. I appreciate him being so customer focused. I will definitely bring my car there again. I'm a very happy customer.

Thanks to Roger and his team for a great job on my car. They stayed in contact with me at least once a week with a phone call or email with the progress of my car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality repair and sets the bar for outstanding customer service. Very satisfied!

I appreciated the coordination with USAA and Enterprise. It made everything easier for me, especially with two vehicles being repaired. Thank you for adjusting the fender during the appraisal so it stopped rubbing against the door when I opened it. I was grateful for offer of a ride home after I dropped off my son's car.
