Roger was very friendly and conversation great with me let me know what was going on the whole time and when I got there he even switch my car seat and personal belongings into my car since my son was sleeping in my arms and as far as service goes my car looks like nothing ever happened there is not one thing I could’ve asked to happen differently. There was cash, in form of bills and lots of quarters from a pouch was taken. Some gift cards seems like they are missing.
But more importantly, feels like my privacy is violated.
I was not expecting this from a reputable repair facility like Buckeye, especially after my previous very good experience.
