I am so thankful that I took my car to Service King in Castle Rock, Colorado! Russ went above and beyond and over the top to get my car repaired quickly and efficiently as possible and the quality of work men ship is superior! He also gave credit to the manager and technicians who work with him. Thank you so much. I will have to tell all my friends and family members about you guys! (I have 7 sisters who live in the area!)

I waited longer than I should have for a repair, was not told the truth about why I was waiting. Got my truck back with one door that doesn't close right, one (brand new) door with two dents in it and over spray by the weld. When I saw the dents I went back to your body shop caught the supervisor of my truck leaving as I drove up he asked why I was back and without evening getting out of his car say " oh I can see those dents from here" I'll talk to my boss next week and we'll get those fixed. I asked what I am suppose to drive while I'm getting bondo on a new door and was told I'm sure well come up with something . 6 weeks now another week. Obviously my vehicle was not a concern to be fixed timely or correctly. I would really like to understand why. Your service agent didn't seem to care maybe somebody could explain it to me . John A
