My car was in your shop for 36 days with no discount to my charges. Communication about my car’s status was less than acceptable as I was told on multiple occasions that my car would be ready tomorrow or the next day, only to not receive a call until sometimes the week after. This was a long, effortful venture that was unnecessary considering it was only a radiator and rebar replacement. From my understanding, the shop lost multiple technicians at the same time causing the delay, and this is of consequence of no one in particular. However, I picked up my car today as if I had brought it in yesterday, no mention of how long it took, no 20% off, nothing. In my opinion, this is no way to treat a customer and I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

It took almost 4 months to repair my car. Which is unacceptable. People who started it didnt finish new people were hired parts went missing had to order new ones took too long
