Poor communication. I had to call for updates on my car. Each time I called I got a different answer on what was going on. Was told they had all the parts, then they were waiting on parts, then they had all the parts - back and forth!! My appointment was scheduled for two weeks before I brought my car in, should have been plenty of time to get the parts needed. Then you guys had my car for 3 weeks. Was told I could also text the number that sent updates but no one ever responded to me.

I made an appointment in mid October to have my work truck repaired the week after Thanksgiving. My vehicle was dropped off the weekend after Thanksgiving with the expectation that it would be done 10 days, as was quoted to me when I made the appt. Towards mid week I received a text from Service King stating that the vehicle would be done on 01/26/2018. I contacted the shop in person the following Monday and they got the truck in either that afternoon or Tuesday morning, completing it on 12/24. I was sent a text by Service King , stating the vehicle was done and could be picked up.When I picked it up on 12/26, I signed over the insurance check and attempted to pay the deductible with cash. I was told that they do not accept cash. At no point in conversations with either the shop or Sevice King was I told that they did not accept cash. The repairs are great, the customer service is a wreck,
