Aaron was fantastic he sent updates regularly and got my car fixed in a timely manner. As I was driving off the lot there was a noise and he took a look and fixed it on the spot. I usually am pretty nervous about leaving my car at shops to be looked at or fixed but this time I felt pretty confident it was in good hands! It was very difficult to contact the branch. You did send texts but the completed repair date was wrong. I was really needing my car back and felt the communication system you are using is not customer friendly. The service personnel were very good. They warned about the communication system so I am not alone with this frustration.

They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. 2 for actual repairs, 2 for receiving parts and **** to fix their mess if errors that I found each time I was told me vehicle was done. It shouldn't take for me to return 3 times to fix errors that should have been caught in the first place. My service manager Aaron worked diligently to ensure satisfaction, and he was great. But I am torn if I will use Service King again.
