hi the guy that helped me out nice guy but when l first went in asked him how long it would take said 10 days , maybe longer depends on what it needs okay then it gives me advice l should have got the coverage that the rental car would be paid for its about 7 bucks more a month Called him a few days later said it might be done next week to check with later during the week did call this time he tells me should have got rental coverage , dont remember his exact words but sometime like most customers that are angry is because they didnt get the rental coverage l wasnt angry or mad just wanted to find out when it was going to be done ,my girlfriend has two cars just borrowed hers for that period of time thats why l dont get the coverage don't assume everyone needs that coverage if he would have asked would have told him that ,other than that advice was a good job "to rick" not everbody needs your advice

Customer service was great, communication was poor, my after market LED license plate lights were taken and replaced with OEM lights.

Everyone was so friendly, I thought my experience was very pleasant the girls up front are a jewel
