I finally had assistance at the end from John in customer service to get the job completed after almost two months. He knows the circumstances. Main concern lack of communication, lack of understanding of my unique circumstances as a traveler, and the fact that I am the one who finally found the single unavailable part at a salvage company in MN that held everything up for weeks. I had made it clear I was ok with a used or after market part. It took me 10 minutes on google to locate with the part #. Because I was traveling and could only stay with a friend for 80% of the wait, I spent another $2000.00 on motels and car rentals. My heart is pounding and I’m emotionally upset again just writing about my experience. I am a retired special education teacher and am a very reasonable and flexible person to get along with. I never showed it but even my treatment when I came into the office for legitimate reasons was extremely uncomfortable. I could go on…
