Really appreciated the frequent communication via text to let us know the status of the repair. The staff exemplify the meaning of good customer service by their professionalism, friendliness, referring to me by my name, responsiveness, making sure we had a chance to check out the work done before driving off of the lot, and giving us a chance to ask questions. This was the second time this vehicle had collision damage fixed at SAB and the second time that the car was incorrectly repaired when I came to pick it up. Missing license plate, color not matching, misaligned hood. I've learned NOT to turn in the rental car until I inspect the repair work first. Next time we need to consider other shops.
