Not satisfied yet..had a small piece of plastic come off my car the next morningbi picked up the car. I called and said they would order the small part and replace.iside and outside of the car looked great and clean. I can't say enough about each person I spoke with throughout the repair process on my car. I was so impressed by each Sam's employee I interacted with while my car was being repaired. Bill is very clearly dedicated to his craft, to doing nothing less than excellent work, and to being an honest, ethical, hard working, good guy.
