They had my car done the same day thank you Justin for your good costumer service

It was overcast weather and raining however I was still able to visualize the scratches that were not taken care of by the shop. This area was pointed out on initial inspection of the car for an estimate. The employee offered to take the car around back and work on getting the scratches out if I didn't mind waiting so I waited, after bringing it back around I could still see the scratches however the technician stated that after the weather improves and it's a clear day with out rain and more natural light if I look at the area and I am not satisfied then bring it back and he would fix it. I agree because by this time I just wanted to go home at the end of a long work week. When I opened the door to get in my car I was further met by disappointment that there is now a grease or black smudge stain right in the middle of my drivers seat that was not there before. I was so frustrated by this time I didn't even go back inside and point this out to the technician. I will try and get it out myself. So long an short all of the big damage to my care was taken care of but this really doesn't matter if you fail on the little stuff.

Jim did an excellent job of making sure everything damaged was taken care of and was so pleasant to deal with - I knew that Diesel would do an excellent job on the repairs and he certainly did not disappoint. The car looks stunning!! I will certainly come back to you guys and recommend you to anyone in need of repair. Even the office staff made my drop off and pick up so fast - everything was prepared and ready for me when I got there. I could not ask for better quality or service.
