Personally, I’ve got nothing but appreciation for Justin. This is the second time I’ve worked with him in the past 6 months and his customer service is beyond exceptional. Justin evaluated my car, told me everything that was going on, and gave me a quick estimate. When I took the car in for repair, they kept me up to date on the progress. As anyone who has been in an accident knows, worrying about getting your car fixed correctly is a big concern. The first contact I had with **** Collision was a recommendation from my insurance company, USAA. But before I went, I gave them a call, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous and put forth the effort to tell me the best time to come in (after the lunch hour). When I walked into the **** Collision office, the first person I talked with was the receptionist. She was professional and very nice to talk with and quickly set me up with Justin to review my car. Justin was also professional and seemed very interested in getting my car fixed correctly. He was up-front about the process and walked me through the process. He explained how I would be contacted (carwise updates) and made it easy if I needed to contact him. When the car was ready, it seems everything has been fixed and done very well. In short, **** Collision made the process go well by being transparent, professional, and concerned about my car. Thanks for all your help!

Unfortunately it was dark when we picked up the car. When we saw it the next day in the light we saw several places that the paint didn't match. We will need to bring it in to fix the painting on the door. It is disappointing to say the least
