Every aspect of my interaction with ****Tillery Auto was outstanding. The staff was efficient, friendly, answered all my questions and keep me well informed at every step of the process. Since I had just had a wreck when I first came, I was a bit rattled. Beth and the man (don't recall his name) who did my collision inspection were so competent and encouraging, I left feeling much better knowing everything was going to be OK and my car was in good hands. I was far from home and didn't have a clue about ****Tillery. My USAA claims agent gave me two options and a local friend told me she'd had a good experience there with her car. Sometimes, in an instant, our lives get diverted from our expected path. I would never have chosen to have a wreck that day, but I'm sure glad that my path ended up at ****Tillery Auto! Thanks
