I was disappointed about getting conflicting quotes after the start of the work being done to my vehicle. Also disappointed that when picking up our vehicle that no one could explain why certain things were not complete and where the extra wheel well covers were when we were told they would be in the trunk. I have to wait until the associate that first waited on gets back from vacation before I can get answers.

****. Refusal to accept personal check required me to go to the back and withdraw over $****,000 in cash.
2. I left paperwork to be completed for insurance. On picking up the car no one knew where the paperwork was. I was assured if they could not find it, it must have been sent in to my insurance company. The paperwork specified a paid invoice, so it could not have been sent in prior to pick up since I had not yet paid for it. No copy was made for my records. I had no confidence they had handled the paperwork correctly since they were looking all around for the form and had no record of sending it in and no copy. I was made to feel I was being ridiculous for not believing the staff that paperwork was properly completed and sent in, yet they could not give me a copy or find any record of the paperwork. They did obtain another copy for me after I complained and said they sent it in. I sent it in my self as I have no confidence they did this correctly.
3. The car was washed (and I assume waxed) but the wax was not completed wiped off and I had to finish buffing it out when I got home. Based on #2 above I just wanted to get out of there with the car and not complain.
4. The body work was good. I maintain a fleet of cars at work and we use Northside for some of our body work, and I am a repeat customer, so I thought this was the place to go. I will rethink that now.
5. There is a "you do it our way" attitude at the Cicero shop that I have not experienced at the East Syracuse shop. Next time I will go to East Syracuse.
