They said it would be 1week, no one called me after a week so 2 days later I called and finally 2 weeks from estimate it was repaireed. I was charged for clean up but found numerous pieces of glass in the back of my vehicle, I brought them in to Shelly so she would see my clean up was nit complete!

Wow, I could go on and in here but I'll try to keep it short. I had planned originally to visit Glaser's simply for the required Nationwide estimate. Planned to have my car repaired at Lexus dealer, figuring that made more sense. Especially as a single, professional female. Well, I'm a first impression type person and trust my intuition. Within 5 minutes I thought to myself, I'm having my car repaired here! I was so impressed, so comfortable, so confident, that I never had a second thought. Everyone I came in contact with not only met my expectations but, exceeded them!! And how many companies can really say that these days and mean it?! Glaser's can!! And my car is perfect too!! As a professional, in the public all day, I'll never hesitate to recommend Glaser's and believe me, there aren't many vendors I'll put my reputation on the line for!!
