Good job, overall. Though we had some paperwork problems to work through and the repairs were completed one day later than promised, the car looks as good as new! Only comment for improvement, be more conservative in your turnaround time for repair. Underpromise, overdeliver.

My car looks awesome!

Body work great. Condition of vehicle totally unsatisfactory. Got home and looking at sun the windshield was covered in paint dust or dried dust. Windshield wiper wash did nothing. Got winded and cloth and that took off maybe 10%. Then ran hand across hood and same rough finish of something on the paint. You can feel vertical areas of car is smooth as silk. All horizontal surfaces have a coating of paint dust or something. Must be on entire roof and full length sunroof also. I don’t believe a normal wash will remove. This is going to need a complete buff/was of the entire new vehicle that already is treated with paint protective process from BMW. WILL THAT NIW NEED TO. E REAPPLIED ALSO after buffing to remove this dried dust/film? Never had problem with your shop. This is very upsetting. Will hold off reporting to USAA until I hear back from you. This had to happen from car being inside and exposed to shop dust/paint mist which dried on all horizontal surfaces. Call my cell to discuss before I report to USAA. ****-****-xxxx Paul Fineberg
