Initially an additional noise appeared that needed evaluation. This was done and over course of repair this was addressed and corrected. Staff is obviously busy but address all questions in professional manner. Owner is obviously a 'car guy' and proud of it...and his crew and business! My vehicle appeared 'brand new' after they were done w/ fix! Yes, I am 'pleased'!
