I posted five star reviews on Yelp and Google and USAA and shall tell Toyotech about the good experience. Your work is beautiful, finished a week early, staff were competent, efficient, courteous, cheerful, responsible, patient (Derwin, Dave especially), kept me informed of progress. Waiting room, which I did not need to use much because service was prompt, is comfortable with large selection of magazines. Sorry I did not express how happy I was to Derwin: I was tired from my bike ride and anxious to beat rush hour traffic home. Thank you ever so much. Ssu
