The vehicle was not adequately repaired. The rear wheel trim is still not flush to the body. I was not given a chance to inspect as it was the end of the day on a Friday. I will be contacting the shop and the insurance ASAP. Feel free to call.

No problem with AutoRight. All good. However, the Hertz office they have contracted with, here in Santa Fe, is problematic. I left my garage door opener in the rental, went to retreive it the next day (after phoning first to confirm that they had found it), andwhen I arrived they apologized that the person who had found it had spontaneously quit, not telling them where he had left the device. This means there is potentially someone out there, with a record of my address, who has the means to enter my house. Unlikely, perhaps, but someone who walks out on a job is not a happy person. Moreover, it was my only garage opener, so Ithe inconvenience is considerable. I wish that someone cared enough to look into this. Ni’m not wishing to criticize any individual—but i do wish that some amends could be made. Thank you for allowing me to express my views.
