When I was notified that my car would not be ready as originally told I had some concerns because I would not be able to pick my car up till two days after the new completion date. I was worried how this would effect my rental car but CCOG took care of everything related to that. Any time I spoke to them on the phone, whether it was Angie or a service man, they were always polite and very helpful. The email updates were nice so I was always aware of where my car was in the timeline of repairs.

A. Battle was great. She made sure my truck was fixed as good as it was before the accident. After a bad part coming in and a second one she identified as not fitting correctly, she ordered a third part and made everything great!

I was given the first appt for 12/14/15 , then on 12/8/15, called to say would it be ok if extend my date to th 28th. I said I really need my car fixed and back so that date will not work. I was then told I could go somewhere if I like because there was nothing that could be done about my date being changed due to deer season and a lot of tow ins. So , I decided to turn it in on 28th. I was told 3 day no problem. Well, around 3 day I called to check status and I was then told that it was going to have to be pushed back to after the **** St of the year , but didn't want to call and have to tell me that. I said ok I u derstand. So I asked could I use it over the weekend. She said let me check. She came back and said had it been 20 more minutes, the bumper would have been taken off. She said I could come get it and bring back Monday. Well I dropped it off Monday night after I got off work . I was finally able to pick my car up repaired on the 15 th after I got off. It was dark and couldn't really see. Next morning, noticed the hood is still misaligned, not flushed on sides where I can look straight through and see plastic pieces that supposed to hold it in. I know it isn't a new car, but prior to the accident my hood and bumper front end was aligned the way when we first purchased it brand new in February 2012. I just want my car fixed. The accident happened on nov 25 2015 and it is taking this long for a job that was at first 800 but now 1880. I feel like it was rushed and that is why the hood is still misaligned , front end not in properly, and rough paint on one side that should have been sanded down. Staff are friendly, but feel this is a rush job and that is why work is not quality .

Body work in itself was good. Other than that, there were many things that were irritating to deal with. First of all, my truck was scheduled without me making the appointment and I was never notified until I came into the shop to make the appointment. I was going to be out of town at the time it was scheduled, so good thing I came in and fount that out, however that even happened. Then after I dropped it off on a Monday, the man I left it with said it would be done by the middle of the week. I received an email on Wednesday saying they were on the final stretch. Friday comes with no further notification so I called to check the status since I was paying a daily insurance rate on a rental car. The woman I spoke to said that they were still waiting on some molding to be delivered and it wouldn't be in until the middle of the following week! She further inquired if I wanted my ford emblem replaced on the front grill, but that was already supposed to have been part of the project which I had the paperwork for to show for it. So now there were 2 missing parts of only 6 parts total. The following week I receive a call to notify me the parts were in and I could come by to have them installed while I wait. After a couple hours, its complete but upon inspection, the wheel well molding was smaller than what was stock on the truck so now you can see lines in the paint around all 4 wheel wells where the stock molding used to be. I was disappointed to say the least but had no time to deal with it because I am active duty military and I had to deploy just two days later. I don't understand why it was scheduled and why the work was started without even having all the parts to complete it. I have had work done at this shop on a previous vehicle and was very happy with the outcome, unfortunately I cant say the same after this experience. I do understand there was a position change between the time it was scheduled and the work being done and that there may have been some lack of information passed between the position change, but for a professional shop to not even review the parts needed to complete the work until after the work was nearly complete is beyond me.
