Great body work, detail work not so good a little sloppy..making noise underneath and pulling to the side...should call with updates on the vehicle status..we shouldn't be the ones to call all the time..should do a inspection with clients before the car is released to avoid having to bring it back.nice employees

2 DELAYS FIRST RESULTING FROM ATTEMPT TO RE-USE ORIGINAL BUMPER FOR REPAIR. THE SHOP HAD LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE THE WEEK BEFORE THEY ASKED US TO BRING IT IN AND WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ORDERING PARTS AND SCHEDULING THE REPAIRS. AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE FOR 3 DAYS THEY MOVED THE FINISH DATE AND THEN MOVED IT AGAIN. AT THE SECOND DATE WE SHOWED UP AT THE SHOP AND WERE TOLD THAT THEY HAD ORDERED A BUMPER AND IT HAD NOT COME IN YET. WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP THE MONDAY AFTER THAT TUESDAY A TOTAL OF 14 DAYS FOR SOMETHING WE WERE TOLD WOULD BE 3 TO 5 DAYS.

Carpet not properly installed. Scratches on driver door panel and stains. Interior seats were wet and still had stains and dirt. Under hood was not pressure washed had diet and mud still there.
