I was very pleased, and they were very efficent and courteous.

There were several items that caused delays which should have been found much ealier in the inspection and break down. The door fit on the drivers side is not quite right.

Significant interior damage (trim and molding scratches on driver and passenger side from windshield to trunk) including leather seat. There was no damage to interior prior to repair for exterior damage. I was shocked when I came to pick up my Porsche. My primary concern is Pro Collision getting the interior to previous mint condition.

The damage is not completely repaired

After 8 delivery dates we aren't the ones to ask for an opinion on service. The work that was done has yet to be seen. But as far as the service and information as to where the repairs we were the last to know. We had 2 delivery dates where pro collision informed us. It took us calling on said delivery date for them to tell us multiple delivery dates. We were in constant contact on or about those dates and were let down more than I'm willing to state. We aren't impressed with the service at all. The work yet remains to be seen. When the owner drives the truck out covered in water it makes us feel that there are blemishes that are to be hidden. Only time will tell but as far as we are concerned.. After receiving the gift cards, the apology, and honestly poor service we will have to see if the work was worth the wait. After our experience we will go elsewhere.
