The reasons we were not completely satisfied are:

Pro Collision and Progressive spoke on the phone with me on the morning of pickup and the amount that the insurance paid and my deductible were discussed, and it sounded like we were all set that my car was ready and all I needed to do was come to the shop, pay my deductible and pick up my car. When we arrived, I was informed that there was an additional cost that Progressive was not paying and the shop expected me to pay. That is an issue that should have been resolved prior to me making a trip to the shop. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours while we tried to get the issue sorted out. Since a shop representative had agreed to the deductible amount that I needed to pay, I found it very frustrating to arrive at the shop and be surprised by an additional fee.
2. When we did finally get the payment issue resolved and received our car, there was no walk-around to discuss the work on the car and ensure that we were satisfied with the job. Most shops do a walk-around before having the client sign off that they've received the vehicle and are satisfied with the work completed. I was really surprised that the man who brought our car up front just walked past us into the building and wished us a good day at the door.

Communication and updates were basically non-existstant, we ended up paying $800 for a rental car due to your mistake of not communicating with Geico regarding the cracked tail light, then getting another from the same place. I feel that you should pay at least for the rental during those days waiting for the additional tail light! Your business card quotes the Bible which was the primary reason I went with your company, so now I am waiting to see if you practice what you preach!

Though it took much longer than I expected, they did a thorough job. My only (minor) criticism would be that it appears some chrome around a back window was scratched up pretty much when they must have been removing or putting in a new piece. Otherwise, it’s beautiful. Thanks.
