I picked up my car on Thurs with no problems but had to have it towed back in Fri morning due to my vehicle smoking. There wasn't any coolant in my vehicle which is inexcusable to me, now I'm unsure if any further damage was done. My car was repaired & returned to me in a timely manner; the owner was very apologetic & helpful. I'm satisfied with the service I received & would recommend Pro Collison to everyone.

Trunk repair is inferior workmanship.
Trunk is not aligned with body of vehicle .
The trunk bottom part of lock is the original bent one therefore trunk lid takes at least two attempts before it closes securely.

You guys were very nice. Worked hard and veey quickly on getting my car back. Unlike some places that takes forever to fix your car you guys did it in a good amount of time and did very nice work. The guys at pro collision did the repairs on schedule, even though I gave them a tight one. The repair was flawless, no way to tell where and how bad the damage was. Also, the car was given back to me cleaned outside and inside, an extra care I really appreciate. Overall, very good customer service and high quality work. I'd recommend to anybody who asks.
