I was mostly satisfied, but I wasn't expecting to find scratches in their finished product! That just doesn't seem right to me. I wouldn't have bought the car the way it was unless it was sold as used.

I was very pleased with how quickly my repair was completed. They did excellent work and handled everything with the insurance company. This is the second vehicle I have taken to pro collision for repair and if I ever need body work again they have my business.

Blotchy paint job on drivers door and messed up driver side headlight

The parts were supposed to be ordered prior to me bringing my truck in but yet after having the truck over a week you said you were still waiting on Chrome that should have been ordered prior to that. As far as the quality of the work it was done very well. I just didn't like the fact that the parts are supposed to be ordered in the beginning I signed the paper for that before I brought the truck in.

The paint didn't match

I have an appointment in Thursday sept 29th to take my car back to pro collision center . To see David . I was told he is out in vacation until then. My car was dropped off on Monday 19 Th an I picked it up Thursday the 22nd. At that time the antenna that goes on top Of my car was laying in top my dash . I went back in an David said they forgot to Put the antenna back on . On Saturday I looked the car over. Right tail light is sticking out on both sides . The bumper was not painted under neath . Inside my trunk my Light was hanging down , all I side lights do not work now . The carpet in trunk was not put back Properly an missing tabs that holds the carpet . I ask When I talk to Janice on Monday was there a final inspection done I On my car before returned to me . She said something about the guy who does that was out at that time. Now I'm having to wait all week an then another appointment needs to be made to have my car fixed again . And I hope to be satisfied the next time . . I'm Very un happy at moment for this whole process taking so long . An not satisfied with work done . Thank you . Sheila Nave

Half of the items that should have been repaired (and I specifically asked to be repaired and given an estimate for!) was NOT repaired.
