My only comment would be that when I called for a status update, at one point I spoke to someone who was less than pleasant on the phone. His short answers and tone made me feel that I had bothered him, when it was his name and number that had been left on a voice mail for me to call with questions.

I am so happy with Matthews Collision from the repair work, to the customer service, to the office and reception personnel, to the shuttle driver to the person(s) who detailed my car. It made a bad experience (i.e. the accident) painless. I have never had a bad experience with any of the Matthews Group in the past 14 or so years, from looking at and purchasing a vehicle, to service and repair. I trust Matthews, and only Matthews with my automotive needs. I don't know what I would ever do if I moved from the Binghamton area. Thank you.

I thought the texting was a waste of time as it is completely irrelevant as to what is actually going on with my car. I also thought I paid a lot of money for the work done and yet you are sending texts with an absurd question like "I'm I completely satisfied" this seem to be fishing for complements. Conversation and questions from a person would be betterecorded if you really want to know what I think.
