This paint job was very disappointing, I was expecting a quality Norton & Richardson paint job of Ruby Red Metallic. Instead I got a ruby red Orange PEEL paint job that you get when pay $500.00 at Macao. Not sure how this will get fixed. I’ve had a car painted here before, so I know they’re capable of quality work! I appreciate the interior vacuuming/ detailing, but when you washed the waxed the truck there was wax residue left all over the window trim, side mirrors and various locations on the truck. In addition to the wax residue I also now have new scratch on the driver’s side passenger door that took place during the wax job, because there was wax residue next to the scratch. Also when I notified that my truck was ready I was called about 4:30 there was no way possible that I could make it over there before you guys closed much less before the sun went down which was around 5:15pm, I had I known it was going to be ready I would’ve have been there early to conduct a visual inspection with a shop rep which I thought was suppose to take place (that’s what happened last time). Additionally when I paid my $200.00 deductible over phone I was told there was a drop box for the keys to the rental car, so when I went to pickup my truck there wasn’t a drop box for keys at the paint shop. So I literally walked **** mile from Enterprise car rental to your repair shop because the next cab available was going to be at least a 45 min wait so I decided to walk. So you can probably see why I’m not satisfied with my overall experience.

Mike is phenomenal! He ensures everything is in line, keeps you updated, and follows up. His word is gold, he does what he says and that shows his character! The work completed in my car is perfect and they even detailed my car which I really appreciated! I will definitely do busniess with them in the future. The car is not completely repaired. When we drove the car later that day, we discovered that the headlights do not work. We didn't realize this when we picked up the car, since it was daylight. The daytime running lights and brights work, but not the regular lights.
