Every one was very friendly and helpful. The car was ready a day early saving me rental car money. Most important the car looked amazing. If I need any repairs in the future I will bring my car to them. Thank you for a job well done.

Finished sooner than anticipated and loved the text updates

Bumper still has scratch marks and the cruise control and accident sensors which I asked you kindly to take to Nissan Sumter which you didn’t turned on less than one minute from leaving your shop. I have filed my grievance and complaints with my insurance company for the obvious lack of listening to the client and the unacceptable levels of nonsense I’ve endured! Thanks for nothing!

My vehicle was not finished on the date that it was scheduled for and I never received an update that it would be delayed. I called twice and never received a call back and received no help from the front desk. The day after it was supposed to be completed, I still never received a call back and had to call two more times before receiving an update. Being that the last text I received earlier in the week that it was on track and I would be called if there was a delay and didn't hear anything, I figured it would be done and I made arrangements to take my rental car back as I don't know if I will be reimbursed everything due to issues with the other insurance company. I also made arrangements at work to pick it up that day and with my wife and kids. I had to scramble when I found out at 5:30pm that it wouldn't be done and had no idea when it would, so had to make plans for the next day. I never received an explanation as to why I didn't get a courtesy update before.

Timely way it was done

I am very pleased with the communication and workmanship of the business. Everyone was sincerely helpful and supportive.

My car repair team did an excellent job. They kept me updated on what was going on everyday. From previous experiences with others I had to call to get the status of repair details. Not so with the car repair team on my car. Other repair companies should provide the same services too. Thank you John Harris Body Shop of Sumter.

My estimator suggested that I have a dent pulled rather than replace the entire rear quarter panel. I was skeptical at first, but he convinced me that it would be better and more cost effective. I went with his suggestion and the result was absolutely perfect. When we talked, he told me that I would be at least 95 percent satisfied. Considering the fact that it was a brand new vehicle, I told him that I would go with his recommendation but I expected to be 100 percent satisfied with the results. You all way exceeded my expectations!!! My truck looked as good as it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I will surely recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for you professionalism and expertise.
