Communication was lacking in terms of cost and time to repair. This text is a good example. All face to face communication and telephone was done by myself. Jim Vigrass. All the text communication went to my wife ,for some reason. The young manager was polite and professional throughout the process. I have been in sales and dealing with the public for over 40 years . Although I'm sure he is very good at his job Chuck(I would guess he runs the repair area) should not be communicating directly with your customers. He's is abrupt, dismissive and pretty rude.
