I hit a deer in my 2015 Camaro and it was fixed much faster than expected. However, the engine bay was filthy from the shop and should have definitely been wiped down, it had a substantial amount of dust and debris from paint and bodywork. Also someone dropped something on my quarter panel just behind the driver's door. Though it is small, the paint was chipped and very noticeable so I asked them about it. The shop manager attempted to put a bit of touch up paint in the two chips before I left, but as soon as I drove home the paint had run off. I have no complaint about the shops attentiveness and quality of work. But I do feel that the chips in my paint should have been addressed and fixed before I got there. And now I'm stuck with chipped paint. The shop manager was extremely understanding and I do thank him for attempting a quick fix, he had mentioned it might be rock chips but I had done an extensive walk around with the claims adjuster who took many photos and it was not there when the car was dropped off at the shop.

This is the second time that I have used JH. Each time has been awesome.

After paying my $500 deductible it still took them 15min more minutes to give me my vehicle. Then the lady walked away before asking if i was satisfied with my vehicle after leaving my vehicle cranked.

Shockingly they also washed my truck on top of a great looking job. Nice service very mainstream. Not your mom and pops joint. All in all a satisfied customer.

Center dashboard had some type of stain and was concerned it would not come off. It must be difficult for front office to work with customers. Just seemed a bit disorganized for one person.

Blake Moseley provided me excellent customer service beginning with my initial call to schedule my repair through my picking up my car today. Brenda was very helpful when I called with question about logistics of getting a rental car & efficient in getting initial forms completed. I would be happy to provide more detail, if requested.
