After reading Google reviews and being tentative with letting your shop work on my vehicle. you started working on my car before I ever gave your shop authorization to work on it or order the parts. the invoice I received from you stated clearly that this is not a order for repair. Either way, you ordered the parts and started working on it which I accepted. I called and confirmed that all parts were in and repairs were underway for which I received a yes. "ALL" parts are in and as long as nothing comes up everything should be good to go in a couple weeks. Needless to say I was surprised and happy at the thought. Two weeks pass and I went to the store for an update on my vehicle. Which I was told by the gentalman working there that day "we had to hold off on some of the repairs because we still have to order parts for it". At this point I felt I was lied too. Either you didn't order the parts or something came up and someone else took priority and you stopped repairs, and never informed me that the time line would be pushed back. The other explanation is their was a disconnect between the person who actually knew what was going on and the person I was speaking too. I called a week later to see how progress was going only to have the front counter tell me "well, when did they say it was going to be done." A little back and forth conversation between me and the front desk just left me annoyed and without answers too the point where I hung up and drove over there to see myself. The gentalman there I talked to had answers and informed me that because of the holidays, deers, and increased work load and the parts needed still not being in yet my car was taken off the frame puller and would be the first one as soon as everything was in. A slight anoyance considering my car has been there for almost a month at this point but least it was a straight answer. By this time I'm paying out of pocket for my rental but was ensured my car would be done soon. Two weeks later I receive a call stating my car is done but theirs transmission issues and the car would not shift out of first or if it did it was shifting hard and I would receive news of what the dealership says as soon as you hear something. Needless to say I did not hear anything back from you untell the lady at the front desk called to inform me a week later my car was completely done and ready to be picked up. I'm annoyed at the delay but go to pick up my car a couple days later, " work schedule had you closed when I got off work." Let me tell you though WOW, my car looked as good as if not better then the accident! I spent over twenty minutes going over every detail I could on the car. Measured hood gaps, measured fender gaps, checked every plastic clip, checked the engine bay, under the front diffusers. Out of the twenty minute check I only found three issues. A dirt spot or two in the paint a small rubber insert on my door and a couple nuts missing from my trunk which I fully believe was not your shops doing in the first place. One thing I didn't understand was my car was dropped off to your shop with 14,814 miles on the odomiter. I know cause I had to call your front desk to get it for my registration while it was in your shop but the car was returned to me with 14,836 miles on it. I don't see where or why you had to go or take my car to do it. After it's all said and done You took the car for a couple hours ordered me anew insert fixed all the paint and even fixed the trunk issue that was not your shops doing in the first place. All in all the shop taking forever to fix my vehicle was an annoyance but is understandable with the holiday seasons and the amount of accidents and your lack of staff which isn't your fault in general. The paint is also not the biggest of deals because it was corrected right away and the sheer amount of body panels that had to be painted. In all I want to say that more status updates would be nice, letting me know quickly of any issues. Work on phone courtacies as they fall short in comparison to the great hospitality I received during in store face to face and to not take on so many jobs at once. The last one will be hard to accomplish because of buisness. Over all I was pleased with the work done. My car looks brand new. I'll deffinitly use your shop again if nothing else for the great work and the face to face hospitality.

My pin stripe was done 2 times and was wrong both times. It was about 6" too long the first time and ****" too long the second. After driving back and forth 3 times to try to get my car, I just accepted it as is and told them I would follow up with USAA. Then I discovered yesterday that my rear passenger window struggles to go up. That was where the car took the main impact. I advised USAA this morning that I will need that to be repaired.

They kept me informed of the progress of the repair. The repair was scheduled to be completed on Tuesday, but was completed on Monday. The repair looks good, I am pleased with it. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

At first there was very good customer service but a little ways into repair some of the staff was rude and wouldn’t accept the client wanting only particular repairs done. It made it seem as though the company was an all or none, I want the most money possible type of company. I also called multiple times for updates on the vehicle and wasn’t contacted back until the vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. It was a headache of an experience and it was also very hard to get in touch with the staff without going to voicemail the first few calls.

Terrible about follow up. Gave misinformation. Unprofessional and substandard work performed. Took way longer than promised and inconvenienced me until I was stressed out. This caused me to just settle for taking my car after 2 attempts to properly repair. I would never bring them anymore business and I would certainly not recommend them. I don’t know how they are named a “star provider” for USAA. No quality control is being performed before cars are returned to customers. At least not in my case.
