Stop the email updates if they are nonsensical and not accurate eg! Do not tell me my car is 69% complete or that my car will be ready at 5:47 pm today if in fact it is still in pieces and 4 days from being ready. It is misleading and unprofessional and can cause duress after sitting in traffic and changing plans to pick up a vehicle that is, in fact, not ready
