I was told that the repairs would take six working days. My car was kept for three weeks. It was a major inconvenience. I wasn't informed of any issues and I had to call to obtain any information as to when the work would be completed. I have used your facility in the past with no issues.

Need to communicate when saw there were to be delays. I was then told 'one week' and when no communication at end of that time I had to call back to learn was to be another week. Quality of repair looks very good. Just improve communication throughout process, especially when significant delays
