Just a lack of communication and updates relative to the status of the repair on my car. My car was in the repair shop for around 7 weeks. Generally, I heard nothing about my car or it's status during that process unless I initiated contact. While there may have been some unforeseen circumstances, and some in house employee turnover, that does not allow th collision center or it's representatives to provide poor customer service or make me as a paying customer feel like the collision doesn't care.

The body shop and service were first class. Thank You!

Super nice people that made this as painless as possible. Truck was fixed right and returned as clean as it was brought in, maybe cleaner. No chemical smell, no dusty residue. I am impressed, more so because I am a picky customer and rarely do I see nothing to complain about. One of the best!

Very poor service. Terrible communication from the staff to me. They told the car will be ready in three days and He / they will call me but no calls. I had to chase the staff to check the status of my car and then they change the team member in charge and after my few attempts to reach out to him then he said that they were waiting for parts and the car will ready in two more days and he would call me. No calls from him and I had to reach out to him again. After changing my schedule twice to pick up the car and finally reaching out to him again, he said sorry we have the wrong parts car won’t be ready until Monday and I will call you first thing Monday when We get the parts. Again no calls from him and I had to reach out to the shop again I finally talked to someone with the name of Jim and he told me that they have received the parts and my car will be ready in a couple hours. As I said I have never seen such a poor service / communication from anyone especially to get it from a Mercedes shop.

They forgot to check my power steering fluid level and I had to return to do so.
