I don't know where to start. As a person new to the area, I was unfamiliar with repair shops in the area (and a little leery). USAA sent me to LeBlancs for an estimate, but before going there I wasn't ready to commit to having the repair work completed there. As soon as I walked in the door and listened to Mr. LeBlanc speaking with another customer, I knew he was a straight shooting and HONEST man. I immediately felt comfortable deciding to use LeBlancs for the repairs. I have never doubted my decision. Mr. LeBlanc was wonderful about keeping me updated on the status of our van and further damage that was discovered once the bumper was removed (and he arranged it so that insurance would pay him directly versus us having to pay and then wait to be reimbursed). He called me when a part was received damaged to let me know another part was being overnighted and our van would be ready the next afternoon. When I showed up to pick up our van, it was clean inside and out. Not a single Cheerio survived their careful eye. We are extremely appreciative of the quality work they did and they have earned our loyalty as future LeBlanc customers!
