Please commend Bob Mason and the entire Royal team for a job well done! My car was in his hands for about 3-4 weeks, and it was well worth the wait. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier. I was updated regularly, and his constant collaboration with my GEICO adjuster made the process headache free. I will definitely be putting a positive review on the appropriate social medias as well! Though everyone we worked with was relatively kind, I was very disappointed with every other aspect of my experience. I was told 8 different completion dates ( I actually counted), and this went from originally being told one week, to the car being done after three and a half weeks. No one kept me or my husband updated as to what was going on even though the repair wound up costing three times the amount of money. They kept my insurance updated, but the insurance company was not your customer— I was. I felt completely frustrated, in the dark, and taken advantage of, and I absolutely can not understand how it took almost a month to finish the repairs to my car— it was driveable when I brought it in! I will absolutely not come back, nor will I advise anyone else to use royal collision.

I was told it would take 2 or 3 days for the repairs but took a week...for what I was told was an easy fix. I even made the appointment about a month ahead giving plenty of time to order parts.. Took way to long!
