The experience with Patrick Body Shop was awesome! They had all of the paperwork ready, communicated regularly as to status, progress and timing, and did impeccable work. I am extremely satisfied with my experience there and have already told friends about my experience.

The sum total of our (again) excellent service at Patrick Collision was the superb work done by Mark and Emily in preparing our claim, explaining the repair process and keeping us informed during the entire operation. The crowning result was a beautifully repaired dent in our car. It looks absolutely perfect ! They did the same for my damaged Corvette a couple years back...I would not take any of my cars anywhere else ! Thanks so much to Mark and his years of experience and excellent communication skills !

I would like it to be known that the level of customer service was top notch! From my initial contact with Scott, and then trickling down to Mark and Samantha, they all exceeded my expectations. I had such great customer service face to face with Mark and Samantha, and it ran over completely via phone while my car was serviced. I was also one of those people who had the unfortunate circumstances happen to my brand new car! However, they reassured me that I'd get it back just as it was. Also I was even able to watch the gentleman that was doing detailing, and could recognize that he was very thorough!I haven't experienced such wonderful people in a long time, such as them in their positions. I have told everyone who knows what I've gone through, with a deer hitting my car, that I couldn't have fealt better about where my car was being serviced, even though I've had no contact with the business prior. I have told everyone to go to Patrick for anything sand everything! I had said through this whole process, if my car ends up looking as good as the customer service has been, I'll be elated! Well I picked it up tonight, and she's a beauty through and through, again! Mark also went out of his way tonight to pick me up from the Hertz car rental place, solely because I wanted to pay in cash and not put it on the credit card that I secured it with. Many thanks go out to Mark and Patrick Collision! I couldn't be more happy! Please recognize these amazing employees that you have! They really make the whole experience of bringing in a wrecked car, whether new or old, so much better! If more people in the customer service industry could conduct themselves like these employees, there could be a lot more to say for what they represent! Thank you again, Scott, Mark, and Samantha! And those that worked diligently on making my car whole, and beautiful again!

It took a long time and if I had known how long it would’ve taken I would’ve ordered apart and how do you repair that along with the repair that you were working on. Also there was still some glass in my car that I thought would have been vacuumed up

The process was easy, Patrick delivered as promised.

Both vehicles (Sienna and Prius) look like new. The Sienna took longer than expected because Genesee Glass shipped two marked windows. I was frustrated by this and vented on Mark Spak. It was not Mr. Spak's fault but he treated me calmly with respect and courtesy. I soon appreciated that Mr. Spak was looking out for my best interest and he dealt with me like a true professional. If this is they way that he treats all customers (especially frustrated ones), he deserves a raise and/or a bonus. Thanks to all, Keith & Marlene ****

Great service and communication

I brought my car in to have it fixed from someone backing into me. Thayer were able to fix the parts on the car no buy new ones. I was given a rental car and O was kept up to date daily. I was able to pick up my car on time.

I will definitely use Patrick GMC for collision repairs again when needed
