I had an accident broke both ankles. My son returned rental and picked up my car. I haven't seen the work but your customer Service, email status communications and getting the car done on promised date were exceptional. I won't be driving for at least 6 weeks. It would have been good to know how much we owed for repairs prior to arriving to pick up our vehicle. You should consider changing part vendors if they can't deliver undamaged products.

In the first place,when I went to pick up my car on Saturday at 10:30 in the morning,the license plate didn't have the original frame on,I was told that since it got demaged they didn't put back,another one,also the car wasn't cleaned inside,like a professional place should,I was disappointed ,and I told them , so,now I have to go back on Monday,to replace a new frame for the license plate,and have it cleaned,inside.They offered to do all that,but I had an appointment at 11:00 in Skokie,.This is the second time I went back to the same Body Shopp,and both times I had to return,third,time,will be shame on me.God should help me,so No one hits me,and I don't have to use a Body Shopp.Thank you for asking my opinion!!!!!!????????????
